I’ve been going to this mechanic since 2018, back when my insurance company recommended them to fix a mishap with a window. It was under different management back then, but they were awesome—great communication, everything was sorted quickly, and I left a happy customer.
Fast forward to now, with Bruce running the show, and I’m stoked to say the service is still top-notch! They’ve kept up the same high standards—super friendly, easy to talk to, and they actually get that car stuff can be expensive and stressful. Bruce explains things clearly and concisely and I don't feel lost in all the mechanical jargon! They’re honest, upfront, and make the whole process feel less overwhelming.
As a woman, I know there’s this annoying stereotype that we don’t know anything about cars and can easily be taken advantage of. Not here. I’ve built a great rapport with Bruce and the team, and I always feel like I’m being treated fairly. Whether it’s a regular service or a WOF, I know my car’s in safe hands, and I’m not going to get hit with any dodgy surprises.
Also, shoutout to them for adding Afterpay—absolute game changer! Makes managing those unexpected costs so much easier.
